After optimizing your Profile, Publish a Personal Post
There are various goals for sales reps to publish content on a regular basis. Of course, valuable content needs to build trust, emphasize your knowledge and expertise and generate leads. But some type of content has a different goal, like a Personal Post. A genuine, authentic Personal Post will draw attention to you as a person, if people can relate it will strengthen (human) relationships and make you more approachable.
Create a Post about an interest, hobby, personal experience or thought. We suggest you use one (or more) personal picture(s) to increase visibility. Please stay away from religious, political or pandemic related topics. Be positive, be human.
Write your Post based on the 6 ingredients to build a successful post and publish it in morning hours. Respond to all comments in the first 24 hours to favor the algorithm and boost the views.

- What is your current Social Selling Index (S.S.l.) score? Check www.linkedin.com/sales/ssi or click on Social Selling Index in your Sales Navigator Seat
- What is the current number of Profile Visits? Open your Personal Profile, scroll down to Analytics and check the number at "Who Has Viewed My Profile"
- What is the current number of Search Appearances? Open your Personal Profile, scroll down to Analytics and check the number at "Search Appearances"
- How many Connections do you have in your Network? Click on "My Network" in the upper bar and check in the left upper corner "Connections"
- How many Followers do you have? Click on "Me", select "Post & Activity" in the dropdown menu and see in the left column (under your picture) "Followers"
